Paul began his career in 1977 with Royal Insurance and progressed through various development roles servicing insurance brokers. Royal Insurance merged with Sun Alliance in the 1990s and in 1998 Paul was appointed to the role of State Manager. In the 24 years of working for the Group he has gained invaluable experience in understanding broking and also underwriting. In 2001, Paul moved across to broking and was able to quickly adapt from telling brokers what to inform their clients to having to inform the clients himself. As a qualified insurance broker, he has broad expertise in creating and implementing complex risk management and insurance solutions, across various industries in both commercial and corporate sectors.
Paul recently brought his son, Daniel into the business and at the same time established a new office in Malvern. What is important to know is that McLardy McShane Kaiser has a depth of understanding in protecting new and existing businesses, allowing you to focus on what you do best: growing your own business.
